Commercial Real Estate Agents

I am the principal in our company in which we are looking for commercial real estate agents that have access to or knowledge of investment, money producing, commercial properties that are between 30% - 70% at capacity.  We pay well.

The deals need to be big enough that there is good money to be generated out of them for all sides involved.  We are looking for deals that have a price of sixty-five cents to the dollar. One to Three million dollars in equity is required. Serious deals only.

We are looking for:

• Land close to interstate or highway ingresses and egresses
• Hi-end trailer parks
• self-storage units
• senior living facilities
