I am the principal in our company in which we are looking for investment, money producing, commercial self-storage properties that are between 30% - 70% at capacity.

The deals need to be big enough that there is good money to be generated out of them for all sides involved.  We are looking for deals that have a price of sixty-five cents to the dollar. One to Three million dollars in equity is required. Serious deals only.

We are  also looking for:

  • Land close to interstate or highway ingresses and egresses
  • Hi-end trailer parks
  • senior living facilities
  • Joint venture land and developer deals
