I am the principal in our company in which we are looking for investment, open to joint venture, commercial vacant land, properties that that have ingress and egress to a major highway or Interstate.

The deals need to be big enough that there is good money to be generated out of them for all sides involved.  We are looking for deals that have a price of sixty-five cents to the dollar. One to Three million dollars in equity is required. Serious deals only.
